Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from the Caledonian Shop. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Process of Returns

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. 

Packaging

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

Shipping

Ship the package to the address provided along with the RMA number. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

Refund

If the return is approved,  your refunded payment will be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving returned items.

Gifts

You cannot mark an order as a gift, you can only click to deliver to a different address. 

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of the above and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] quoting your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] stating your name, address and order number and send your item(s) to:

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If your exchange meets this criteria, a replacement item(s) will be sent back to you. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
