Is there a delivery charge?
– Delivery charges apply for all purchases, please see shipping for full details.
How long does the delivery usually take?
– Delivery details will be sent by email on dispatch of your items. We aim to get all parcels sent within 48 hours of receiving the order on business working days.
What company will deliver my goods?
– Up to 10kg, Royal Mail Tracked and above 10kg, courier.
What are the delivery times?
– Your tracking details will be provided on dispatch of your order and delivery slots will be provided.
If I purchase multiple items, will they come as one package?
– All orders are usually sent as one package, if for whatever reason this is not possible you will receive multiple packages.
What if I am not in when my order is delivered?
– When a failed delivery attempt is made, you will be informed on to make a re-delivery. You can also add special delivery notes at the checkout upon completion of your order.
Can you deliver to a different address than the cardholder?
-Yes! However, the card holders address must be entered on payment.
What delivery options are available for UK customers?
– All deliveries are via Royal Mail Tracked up to 10kg or a courier if above 10kg.
What delivery options are available for non-UK customers?
– Unfortunately, we can only deliver to mainland UK addresses.
Is my money secure?
– Yes, all payments are taken using a secure / encrypted payment page.
Do I have to create an account to order?
– No, it is not needed.
How can I make payment? What payment methods are accepted?
– All payments are made by the secure payment section of the website on checkout using Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, SEPA, iDEAL, giropay, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Microsoft Pay.
Will I get a confirmation email?
– Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered address on completion of your order.
Can I/ how do I cancel an order?
– Yes of course. Orders must be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] and a member of the customer service team will be in contact with you.
Can I order by phone, in a travel centre or on my holiday coach?
– Sorry, at present orders can only be made via our merchandising website.
Can I pre-order an item which is currently out of stock?
– You cannot pre-order an item. However, if an item is out of stock, you can request an email notification when the item is back in stock and available to order.

– Please use the tracking system using the tracking details provided on your dispatch order.
